central heating throughout all cottages

Check meters for electricity
and oil flow meters in all cottages. These are charges at cost on
departure.

Logs (West Wing and Annexe) charged
at cost on departure

Bed linen provided (beds made
up prior to arrival). Guests should bring their own towels, but these can
be hired at a cost of £3 per set (Bath & Face)

Cots and high chairs available
for children under 2 at no extra cost. Please request at time of booking
and bring your own bedding.

Well behaved dogs are welcome,
and are charged at a cost of £15 per week.
·
Cottages are available for
occupation at 3.00pm on
the day of arrival. We ask that they are vacated before 10.30 am on the day of departure to allow us to
prepare for incoming visitors
