Exmoor Walking Experience at Larkbarrow
The Exmoor National Park Authority are holding a walking event around Larkbarrow on Weds 28 th August between 11:00am and 2:00pm. Come and enjoy the fun!
If you’re holidaying one of our Devon or Somerset holiday cottages or simply visiting for the day this walking experience will give you the opportunity to explore the archaeological site that are in and around the Larkbarrow countryside. Ranging from Mesolithic to World War II, why not combine a good day walking and taking in the wonderful Exmoor views while you learn about the land that is steeped in history.
This is a one day event, so don’t miss out!
Bring appropriate footwear and clothing for trekking on the moorland and make sure you take some lunch.

The meeting point is at the layby North East of Larkbarrow Corner SS 8275 4177, Porlock.
There’s no need to book just turn up and enjoy yourself.
There is a small charge for adults, £3, but children under 16 and students are able to go free.
