Luccombe (Sleeps 6 in 3 bedrooms)
Luccombe is an "upside down" cottage that occupies the east end of The South Barn, a large stone building that used to be part of the old Duddings Farm. There are 2 entrances, one from the main courtyard & the other from the back of The South Barn.
Entering from the courtyard, on the lower ground floor, is a hallway that leads to the double bedroom with ensuite & a staircase that goes up to the upper ground floor. Here there are 2 twin bedrooms & a bathroom with shower. The back entrance is off this level.
The lounge/kitchen/diner is up more stairs to the first floor where it is light & airy. There is a Smart 50" TV & an Amazon Echo Dot connected to Amazon unlimited music. Great views across our fields & the Avill Valley.
Free Wifi Access is available for use by linking up to "Engenius". A password will be required which will be given to you when you arrrive.
Short Breaks are available outside of the main school holidays - weekends (Fri-Mon) or midweek (Mon-Fri).
Arrival Time - 3-5 pm. Please advise eta if later to ensure that we are here to show you into your cottage.
Parking -: Is in the main car park but cars can be brought down to the cottage to unload
